Terms
Terms of use.
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms cover this website. They do not cover consulting work, which is governed by a separate signed agreement and a statement of work for each engagement.
The content here is general
Everything published on this site, including the Notes, is general commentary about ecommerce operations. It is not advice for your specific business, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Figures used in examples are illustrative unless explicitly stated otherwise, and are there to show a method rather than to predict a result.
Acting on something you read here is your decision. Advice you can rely on is what an engagement is for, and it comes with a contract.
No engagement is created by contacting me
Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply, or having a first conversation does not create a consulting relationship or any obligation on either side. That begins when a written agreement and a statement of work are signed by both parties.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The prices that apply to you are the ones written into your statement of work.
Ownership
The text, design and code of this site belong to Theory Demand. Quote from the Notes freely with attribution and a link; please don’t republish whole pieces.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. It may be offline occasionally, and nothing here is guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free.
